I need some help....
"some" of my kids do a pretty good job of maintaining their room, putting clothes away, etc.
"some" do NOT-- and this someone is a 5 year old blondie :)
this is the know-it-all-stage isn't it?!?
If she wants to go play at a friends, she will do an AMAZING job cleaning.
But a lot of the time- she lays on the ground, complaining about everything,
saying how Im ruining her life by making her put her clothes away and clean up her toys.
Frankly- my patience is growing THIN.
We have discovered that with Rylie, she responds MUCH better to positive reinforcement
than negative.
Getting rewards of some kind when doing something extra or good-
instead of just getting in trouble when she doesn't.
I am looking for some creative ways I can do this--
any ideas????
I know chore charts are good--
here is a super cute website that I get a lot of good ideas from for stuff like this:
We've have done that route--
I am looking for some other ideas.

I'll admit looking at the chart that it looks like a lot. It is. What I love about it is that it doesn't have to be done all at once. Little by little. It adjustable to our needs.
From time to time I reward the boys. Extra one on one time, an ice cream date, etc. . .
