My 5 (almost 6 year old) daughter seems to be having a rough time.
Let me shed a little light on her personality:
center of attention
always making friends
SOCIAL
strong personality
opinionated
loves her friends
playing outside with the neighborhood kids all day of she could
LOVES primary
These are the symptoms I am seeing:
-super clingy
-lack of energy
-laying in the floor whining about every little thing
-not wanting to ride the bus (which to her is the BEST part of school)
-says, "I just wanna stay with mama"
-when she comes home, says "Im just having a bad day today"- with no reason why.
-waking up MANY times throughout night
At P/T conferences, her teacher had nothing but GOOD things to say about her.
*What do I do?
*Will it pass? or should I be concerned there is more to it?
Needs some suggestions/advice!!
Sounds like she might not be feeling well?? That's how my kids always act when they're just feeling yucky. Whether they're coming down with something or if they're not sleeping well. Or maybe there's something bothering her right now. Maybe something at school that the teacher isn't aware of? I would just sit down with her or take her out just her and mom so she feels like she has you one on one. Then maybe she'll open up about what's bothering her.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, hope it doesn't last too long!
